Wendy Maestas Candelaria

Wendy Maestas Candelaria was born in Holbrook, AZ, on September 18th, 1972. In Phoenix, Arizona, on November 26, 2022, at 50 years, Wendy passed into the next life.

She is survived by her mother, Rosemary (Peewee) Maestas; Three daughters, Tessa, Delainey, and Gracie Candelaria; her beloved, Scott Candelaria; her only sister, Yvonne Larson; nephews Ty, and Tildyn Larson; and nieces, Talyssa and Tayla Larson.

She is preceded in death by her beloved father, Frankie Maestas.

She was born and raised in Holbrook, AZ, surrounded by family and friends that became family. Alumni of the class of 1990, Wendy attended and graduated from Holbrook High School. Wendy worked at the Wayside Cafe in Holbrook for years, ensuring she knew her customers by name and order. From home cooking, to baking, to flower arranging, Wendy had a way of sharing her talents with everyone.
