Tyrone Mondo Nosie

December 20, 1990 — October 29, 2018

Tyrone Mondo Nosie died Monday, October 29, 2018, near his home in East Fork (Whiteriver), Navajo County, Arizona.  He was 27 years old.  Tyrone was born on a Saturday, December 20, 1990, in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona to his mother, Terria Sue Larzelere.  She raised him and taught him to be a trustworthy young man.

Tyrone was a quiet and assuming man.  Naturally, he was a shy man but, he was extremely humble.  This quiet spoken man was courteous and polite to everyone around him.  Growing up, his first friends were his brothers and sisters.  He loved to play basketball with them throughout his life.  He was known as the child who would organize family events.  Tyrone loved to cook for others.  He could cook just about anything his mind could imagine.  During Mother's Day, he would make the most beautiful meal for his mother.  He always remembered others during the many holidays throughout the year but, his mother was especially thought of by him during these special days.  He always put family first.  When he started to raise his own children, they quickly became his best little friends.  He loved spending time with his children and playing with them on a daily basis.  He was an example, to others, of what fatherhood is.

Tyrone enjoyed working with his hands and was an excellent handyman.  There wasn't much that he couldn't fix.  Throughout his adult life, he worked at various places doing special carpentry work.  He was roofer and was a key man in building and repairing hundreds of roofs throughout the White Mountain Region.  He also was a cabinet installer for various companies as well.  Wherever he worked, his employers and supervisors relied upon him a great deal.  He always appreciated the trust that was placed with him.  He was a man that would not let the trivial things of life bother him and, calmly, took care of the matters at hand.  He truly will be missed by all but, none will miss him more than the members of his own family.

Tyrone is survived by: his mother, Terria Sue Larzelere Yardley & step-father, Nathaniel Yardley of East Fork; his 5 children:  Jaron Scottie Nosie, Jacob F. Nosie, Tyrin Drake Nosie, Taliyah Summer Nosie, J'Shawn Trevor Nosie all of Whiteriver; his companion, Shannon Declay of Whiteriver; his siblings:  Ellen Larzelere of East Fork, Francis (Bronte) Sitting Eagle of East Fork, James Sitting Eagle of Canyon Day, Easton Sitting Eagle of Canyon Day, Tia Larzelere of Canyon Day, Josiah Larzelere of Canyon Day, Eli Peaches of East Fork, Naterria Yardley of Canyon Day, Marianna Yardley of Canyon Day; grandparents:  Genevieve Chinche of East Fork and Eldon & Mildred Declay of East Fork.

A one-day wake will begin 10:00 A.M., Monday, November 5, 2018, at the Genevieve Chinche family home 4212 East Fork Road in East Fork.  The funeral service will begin 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at the Grace of God Church.  The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Manzanita Family Cemetery in East Fork, Arizona.

The family is thankful for all of the expressions of sympathy they have recevied during this difficult time and are especially grateful for all of the prayers offered up on their behalf.
