Tony Augustine Wycliffe was called home on August 30, 2021. He was born on February 2, 1949, near Navajo Pit in Whiteriver, Arizona.
He is preceded in death by his: father, Simon Wycliffe; mother, Aurelia Kasey Wycliffe; daughter, Hope Faith Wycliffe; brother, Johnny Wycliffe; niece, Ulita Mae Wycliffe; nephew, Johnny Wycliffe, Jr., and granddaughter, Crystala Manzo. Left to cherish his memory are his daughters: Toni Wycliffe-Hastings, Jennifer Wycliffe; sons: Tom Wycliffe, Billy Wycliffe, Brian Wycliffe; 11 grandchildren; his great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Tony enjoyed being outdoors. He loved fishing, hunting, antler hunting and horseback riding. He also worked with the Chino Springs Cowboys for many years. He was a singer for traditional Apache ceremonies and he participated in bareback riding at rodeos. Also, Tony was a great Green Bay Packers fan.
Tony always put his family first and loved being a father and grandfather. His influence, guidance and love will be missed a great deal by his family.
The viewing will be from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the Riverside Church in East Fork where the funeral service will begin at 12 Noon. The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Sunrise Cemetery in East Fork.
Tony's family is thankful for the loving expressions of sympathy they have received during this difficult time and are grateful for the countless prayers that have been offered up.
