Sheri Brown

Sheri Lorette Brown, 68, of Snowflake, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2023. She was born on August 4, 1955, to Ray and Cleo Lorette in Phoenix, Arizona.

After graduating from Cortez High School, she attended Northern Arizona University. While attending, she became a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. She graduated in 1978 with a bachelor's in education. She then moved to Snowflake, Arizona to start her 40-year teaching career. She taught home economics at the local high school followed by one year of sixth grade and many years of third grade. In 1993 she earned her master's in elementary education from NAU. In 2005 she married the love of her life Terry Brown. In 2018 she retired and spent her time traveling the country with Terry and spending time with her kids and grandkids.

Sheri is survived by her husband Terry, her daughter Clarissa (Todd) Baldwin, her son David Wasson, and her five grandchildren whom she adored; Justin Baldwin, Bradley Baldwin, Abbie Baldwin, Mila Wasson and Mikey Baldwin.

A celebration of life will be held on February 10, 2024 in Phoenix, AZ.
