Shannon Owens

Shannon Owens, 65, of Maricopa, Arizona died on May 5, 2024, in Casa Grande, Arizona.

Mrs. Owens was born on January 19, 1959, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She enjoyed watching crime shows, especially "Live PD." She also enjoyed cooking, sewing, her cats Mayonnaise and Pickles and her dog Sassy.

She was married to the love of her life, Steve Owens, for almost 36 years before his death in 2014, and her family said she was the "best mom ever." She lived in Maricopa for 53 years.

Survivors include a son, David Owens of Maricopa, and two siblings, Chris Decker of Snowflake and Danny Decker of Gilbert. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents Barbara Clayton and George Decker, and her stepdad James Clayton.

Visitation beginning at 9:00 A.M at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19th S., Snowflake with the graveside service to follow at 10:00 A.M at the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Cemetery on Saturday, May 25, 2024.
