Sara Williams

In loving memory of Sara Louise Williams, a beloved soul who graced this world with her presence. Born on May 19, 1942, in Fullerton, CA, Sara's journey on this Earth came to a peaceful close on August 1, 2024, at her home in Show Low, AZ.

Sara, known fondly as Sally, found solace in the simple joys of life, often admiring the intricate dance of hummingbirds in the quiet moments of her day. Her dedication extended beyond her personal passions, as she dedicated years of service as a Purchasing Agent for the Paradise Valley School District. A kind and generous spirit, she generously volunteered her time at the Show Low Library before transitioning into a full-time role.

While Sara's physical presence may no longer grace this world, her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched. She leaves behind her loving husband, Robert A. "Bob" Williams, her beloved son, Philip Bryant Williams, and her sisters, Sandy Taylor (Robert) and Sherry Padfield (Steve). She also leaves behind her cherished nephew, Mark Williams, and a host of friends and family who will always remember her kindness and laughter.

Sara was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Sheila (Richburg) Standage.

May Sara's soul find eternal peace, her memory forever cherished in the hearts of those who were privileged to know her. As we bid her farewell, let us hold onto the memories of her warmth and kindness, a beacon of light that shall guide us through the darkness of loss. In Sara's absence, may her essence resonate, a gentle reminder of a life well-lived and a love that transcends time.
