Ronald Schroeder

Ronald William Schroeder Sr was born on May 14th, 1941, in Rockford Illinois, to Theodore and Marion Schroeder. He departed this life on December 16, 2023, in Show Low Arizona. He is preceded in death by his grandson, Nicholas Schroeder; his brother, Glen Schroeder; and his brother, Arlin Huston.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Geannie Rae Schroeder; son, Ronald Schroeder Jr; son, Todd Schroeder; daughter, Cathleen Schroeder Cook (Bobby); granddaughter, Mariah Cook; grandson, Steven Schroeder; grandson, Nathan Schroeder (Jonna); grandson, Mickey Schroeder (April); granddaughter, Heather Willard (Jordan); granddaughter, Megan Marten; and several great-grandchildren.

Ronald met Geannie in 1964 and they were married on February 26, 1965. Ronald was a man of many talents. He loved to spend time in his body shop. He was a truck driver, painter, and worked in construction among many other things. He was an excellent storyteller and loved when you asked him questions. Ronald was a family man and was loved by everyone he met. He was a beloved husband, father, grandpa, uncle, and friend. He will be missed dearly.
