Rita Julander Webb, 73, of Snowflake AZ passed away peacefully, with her children by her side, October 24, 2023.
Rita was born January 23, 1950, in Richfield, Utah to Grant and Eva Julander. Rita was the youngest of four children. She grew up in Monroe, Utah and graduated from South Sevier High School in 1967 and then attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where she met her sweetheart, Steven Lynn Webb. They were married in the Mesa Arizona LDS temple on June 18, 1969, and welcomed four children to their family, Randall Steven, Cerise, Jenny Lynn, and Julia Gail.
Rita was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she served in many different capacities throughout her life. One of her greatest qualities was her unwavering faith. Even through all her trials, she remained faithful, and her strength was an inspiration to all of those around her. Rita worked for 16 years on the Taylor-Snowflake ambulance service. After Steven’s passing, Rita worked for the Snowflake School District for many years and then continued working with various schools before operating her own business. Rita was very dedicated to her family and loved nothing more than spending time with her kids, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She lived a life of love and service to her children and those around her.
Rita was preceded in death by her sweetheart, Steven, and parents, Grant and Eva Julander.
She is survived by her three siblings, Lillie, Dallas, and Jane; her four children and their spouses, Randy (Amber), Cerise (Jim), Jenny (Dana) and Julie (Brandon), 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
There will be a private family memorial in Rita's honor.
Her family would like to thank all who have shown their love for Rita throughout the years and with her passing.
