Rebecca Harvey

Rebecca Sue Harvey left us in the early hours on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, peacefully at her home with loved ones by her side. Rebecca was born on cold day on January 14, 1947 to the late Lydo and Ruby Harvey. Rebecca was a member of the Ndeezn clan.

She was a member of the Open Bible Lutheran Church. Her many attributes helped shape many lives in her tribal community. Rebecca was the first tribal member to become a certified substance abuse counselor while working at the Apache Behavioral Health Services. She also worked many years for the tribe as a certified CPS worker for the Tribal Social Services, Rainbow Treatment Center and also worked for the government at the Theodore Roosevelt School.

Rebecca leaves behind 2 sons, 2 daughters, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Open Bible Lutheran Church with burial at Cooley Mountain Cemetery. Rebecca fought a long hard fight and fought until the end. Thank you to everyone who visited with Becky and prayed with her. The family will be forever grateful for everyone's love and support.
