On July 3, 1968, the world was blessed by the birth of RaeLynn Webb (Sargent), to the parents of Darwin “PeeWee” Webb, and his bride Sandra Lemons (Webb)(deceased), during military service at Dugway Utah.
RaeLynn grew up in Lakeside, Arizona. She met David Troy Sargent (of Salt Lake City, Ut), at Arizona State University. They were sealed October 17, 1989, in the Mesa Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. They were looking forward to their 30 year anniversary October 17th of this year.
Together they raised four amazing children: Amber Lynn Frost 28; Raechel Ann Kohler 25; Dallin David Sargent 21; Carsen Troy Sargent 18.
RaeLynn loved to sing and had an angelic voice. All who met her could see the light within her and loved being around or near her. Perhaps RaeLynn’s favorite role, was that of Mimi, to three grandchildren: Sayler Rae Frost 4, Benjamin Grey Frost 2, and Miles Jacob Kohler 2 months.
Nothing in this world can prepare a soul to witness the inexpressible cruelty, the ravages a luciferian disease takes in its final stages, upon the mortal body of a dearly loved spouse, mother and Mimi. What can help you get through it, is to remember the way she fought her seven year battle. To watch the beauty, the dignity, the grace and magnificent splendor in courage, of a prized Daughter of God, as she slips peacefully into the Redeeming arms, of her Savior’s Love, defeating metastatic breast cancer.
RaeLynn fought the good fight. RaeLynn endured to the very end.
This is what I, and my children, witnessed the morning of September 26, 2019. We were present, at her side, as my bride and their loving mother, slipped the bonds of Earth and was brought back into the presence of God. Our grief is only assuaged, in knowing this was part of Father’s, Eternal Plan.
Words cannot express the loss we feel at her parting. Even if we had the words, there is insufficient room in this paper, if the whole of it was used to express, what this most magnificent woman meant to all of us. An eternal light that could not be hid.
