Margaret Beryl Young

Margaret Beryl Young, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on September 19, 2018 in Lakeside.  She was 87.  Margaret was born on January 12, 1931 in Great Yarmouth, England to

George William and Rhoda Grace (Mason) Lindsey.  Margaret met her husband John William Young while he was stationed in England with the United States Air Force.  They were married on September 7, 1953 at St. Mary's Church in Great Yarmouth.  They settled in Tucson in 1962 when John was transferred to Davis Monthan Air Force Base. 

Margaret worked as a teacher's aide at Laguna Elementary School in Tucson, Arizona for many years.  She was an avid reader of the Arizona Daily Star newspaper, reading it cover to cover daily.  She enjoyed doing yard work and took great pride in her garden. 

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband John in December of 1989 and her son Stephen in December of 2000. 

She is survived by her daughter Katie Young of Lakeside and her fur grandchildren Max and Jake.  Margaret still has siblings and many nieces and nephews living in England.
