Manuel Queiruga

Manuel (Manny) Raymond Queiruga Jr., who served proudly in the U.S. Navy, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2024 at his home. Manny was born on April 19, 1943 in Lorain, Ohio. He has one surviving brother who also served in the Navy as well, during the same time period.

Manny was known to most as a kind, gentle hearted, and quiet man. To his family, he was the family "clown" who loved to play tricks on his children and grandchildren. In his spare time, he loved to organize and reorganize his gadgets and multiple collections of random items in his garage as well as feed the multitude of hummingbirds that would visit him daily.

He is survived by his spouse, Helen, 4 children: Andrea, Lauran, Michael, and Brent, 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandson.

A private memorial will be held in the spring of 2025.
