Leroy Colelay

Leroy Colelay was born on June 5, 1981, to his loving mother and father, Roy and Flossie Colelay in Phoenix, Arizona. On May 2, 2023, he joined his mother, father, sister, Arlene Dillon, as well as his wife, Diana Colelay in Heaven.

Leroy was raised in the North Fork community, a true Apache scout. He enjoyed outdoor activities and getting into mischief with numerous cousins and other playful renegades. Later, he became a member of the WMA Baptist Church and was known as a welcoming and humble Christian. He loved to play guitar, writing and singing original songs for his family.

Leroy is survived by his sisters; Christa Cooley, Theresa Carrillo, Emma Marez; stepsister, Mercilene Mireau; brothers, Kirby Kelly and Gary Wiese; and God-sister, Uneeda Way.

Services for Leroy are to be held at the WMA Baptist Church on Friday, May 12, 2023. Visitation is set to begin at 8:00am with the service at 1:00pm.  Burial is to follow at Golden Gorge Cemetery.
