Kathleen-Ann Husband

March 10, 1966 — December 8, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kathleen-Ann Husband "Kathy", age 57, who left this world on December 8, 2024, in Show Low, Arizona. Born on March 10, 1966, in Attleboro, Massachusetts to parents, Bruce and Barbara Chambers, Kathy filled her life with love, kindness, and a passion for teaching and nurturing those around her.

Kathy is survived by her devoted husband, Clark Husband; her loving children, Karrie Husband, Kassie Husband, Clark (Michelle) Husband II, Elizabeth-Mae (Richard) Parker, and Evan-Lee Husband. She leaves behind an enduring legacy of compassion and creativity.

A passionate educator, Kathleen dedicated her life to working with children, always inspiring them through arts and crafts projects that sparked joy and creativity.

Her love for animals, particularly her fascination with bears, led her to attend veterinary classes and volunteer at the Heritage Park Zoo, where she cherished the time spent caring for all creatures.

Kathleen's spirit shone brightest during the Christmas season, her heartwarming enthusiasm for snow, snowmen, and the uniqueness of each snowflake resonating deeply with family and friends.

In times of challenge, she found solace and strength in her faith in God, believing in the promise of being reunited with loved ones in the hereafter.

A graveside service honoring Kathleen's life will take place at the Show Low Cemetery on December 20, 2024, at 12:00 PM. Family, friends, and all who knew and loved Kathleen are invited to join in this celebration of her remarkable life. Following the service, Kathleen will be lovingly laid to rest, where her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made in Kathleen's memory to a local animal shelter of your choice, honoring her lifelong commitment to the welfare of animals.

Rest in peace, dear Kathleen. Your light will forever illuminate our hearts.
