Josephine C. Barnard

Josephine C. Barnard, 71, passed away in the comfort of her home in Snowflake, Arizona on July 7, 2018. She was born on April 5, 1947 in Wheaton, Minnesota to her parents, Harriet and Rudolph Gulbrandson. Josephine had a full life. She was a nurse in the Navy and a veteran of the Vietnam War. She lived in Arizona for over 40 years and absolutely loved it! She was a member of the Lutheran Church. Josephine was well-liked by all who knew her and will be greatly missed. She is survived by her life partner of 34 years, Gwenda Saylors; son, Kenn Wilson; brothers, Dale Gulbrandson & Kent Gulbrandson; and sister, Pat Ott; as well as numerous family and friends. The Public Visitation and friends calling will be at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Owens Livingston Mortuary Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19 S., Snowflake, Arizona. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 P.M.
