Joseph Clyde Lindt

Joseph Clyde Lindt of Show Low, Arizona passed away on June 9, 2021. He was 71. Joseph was born on June 2, 1949 in Munich, Germany and immigrated to the United States at the age of 5 with his mother, Irene.

He grew up in Wichita, Kansas before being drafted in the United States Army on March 5, 1969. He received his honorable discharge after 2 years 9 months and 9 days of service on December 23, 1971. Following his time in the service he moved to the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona in 1976 working as a master carpenter.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Rose; daughters, Catherine Wingate and Shanna Segay; 6 grandchildren, Joshua, Taylor, Tianna, Javan, Irene and Alice.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Neuberger; step-father, Bob Lindt and a brother, Steven Lindt.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 18, 2021 at the VFW Post #9907, 381 N Central, Show Low. Inurnment will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the Arizona Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery at Camp Navajo in Bellmont, Arizona where he will be laid to rest with full military honors.
