Jennie Colelay Palmer, age 86 of Whiteriver, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on June 10, 1932 in Carrizo, Arizona.
Jennie was a homemaker and was very talented and enjoyed her artistic hobbies such as sewing and embroidery. She loved the outdoors. She spent many hours on trips picking acorn, pinons and wild tea but above all, she loved to garden and farm. Planting corn and sugar cane in her fields and planting various types of flowers in her yard, near her home, brought her joy and happiness.
Jennie is survived by her children Lucinda M. Beatty (Bowman), Delbra Baha-Alchesay, Bryan Baha and Lucelia DeLeon (JayDee Nosie).
Jennie is preceded in death by her parents George Washington and Page Gatewood Colelay, her husband Fidelis Palmer and her children Leslie Baha, Linda Baha, Marcalena Baha, Gayla Marie Baha, Delta Baha and Ardell Colelay.
Wake services begin 9 a.m. Saturday, February 2, 2019 at The Case Residence, 4 Willow Street, Whiteriver, Arizona.
Funeral services begin 1 p.m. Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the North Fork Miracle Church, Whiteriver, Arizona.
