Frank Henry Klump "Stretch" passed away Jan 23, 2022, in Vernon, AZ after a lengthy illness. Stretch was born April 18, 1944, in Paterson, New Jersey to Peter and Florence Klump.
He attended McArthur High School in West Hollywood, Florida and upon graduation he entered the US Air Force where he served for 20 years before retiring. After retiring, he and the love of his life, Ruth, traveled the US visiting numerous casinos and doing craft shows until eventually settling in Concho, AZ. Stretch was preceded in death by his wife of 34 years and his parents.
After his wife’s death, Stretch continued to visit the casinos, mainly Hon Dah Casino, as this is where he was the happiest and spent many hours visiting with his friends there. Stretch also enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles and had acquired a collection of over 700 of which he had completed numerous times. He was a diehard fan of the Miami Dolphins football team and the San Antonio Spurs basketball team. He was an avid golfer having played on numerous courses with friends, until he was no longer able to do so. He is survived by his brother, Paul (Sylvia) in Florida and two grown children in Tennessee and very special friend Joan Kozlovsky of Brunswick, ME.
