Ervin Wayne Lindsey, born on July 14, 1954, in Phoenix, Arizona, embraced life with an adventurous spirit until his passing on December 2, 2024. He was 70 years old and resided in Show Low, Arizona. A dedicated heavy equipment operator, Ervin spent his career in the construction industry, having also honed his skills as a welder and plumber.
Ervin's passion for life was evident in his love for the outdoors. He enjoyed riding Harleys, and cherished moments spent fishing, boating, and camping. His affinity for classic and muscle cars made him a devoted fan of NASCAR, and friends and family alike fondly remember his enthusiasm for motorsport and the thrill of the open road.
Ervin's life was enriched by the cherished relationships he built over the years. He is survived by his beloved son, Brandon Lindsey and his sister, Rhonda Martin.
Ervin was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy; his mother and father, Ervin E. Lindsey and LaFerne' Zauner; and siblings, Linda Lindsey, and Charles Mathew Ford.
Ervin is survived by his Son, Brandon (Sara) Lindsey; his Grandsons Parker, Mason, and Levi and his Granddaughters, Ellison, and Everly. as well as his siblings; Rhonda (Dwayne) Martin, Mary K. Ford, Donna Smith, Lorri (David) Hensley, Jim Lindsey, Christopher Lindsey and Crystal Lindsey (Darren Osborn) and step mother, Deanna Lindsey.
He had many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and a great great niece.
A special acknowledgment goes to Eddie Gonzalez, whose unwavering friendship opened the doors of family and support for Ervin.
Ervin Wayne Lindsey leaves behind not just a legacy of hard work and dedication, but a spirit that loved deeply and rode free. May he find eternal peace, forever riding the open road.
