It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Lucille Hartzell, who left us peacefully on December 7, 2024, at the age of 60. Born on January 22, 1964, in Frankfurt, Germany, Elizabeth touched the lives of many with her vibrant spirit and unwavering positivity.
She approached life with a big heart, a loving smile, and an infectious laugh that could brighten even the darkest days. Elizabeth had a passion for creating beauty, whether through her stunning garden admired by neighbors or her intricate diamond art projects that she lovingly crafted.
Elizabeth was not only strong physically but also exhibited remarkable mental fortitude. She faced challenges with grace and optimism, serving as an inspiration to her family and friends. Her joy for life was evident in her love for karaoke, where she could be found singing her heart out, bringing joy to those around her.
Elizabeth is survived by her cherished husband, Ralan Hartzell; her loving mother, Mary Johnson; her daughters, Alissa Loomis and Beth Loomis; grandson, Sheamus McCormack; and her brother, Gary Johnson. Each of them carries a piece of her enduring spirit.
A memorial service to celebrate Elizabeth's life will be held on December 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lakeside,AZ. Those who knew and loved her are invited to join in honoring her memory and sharing stories of her remarkable life.
In this time of grief, let us remember Elizabeth for the warmth she brought into our lives and the love she so freely shared. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
