Eleanor is survived by her mother, Genevieve Chinche; son, Shakeen Declay; former companion, McDaniel Declay; brothers, Roylee (Arlene) Quintero, Gib (Marlinda) Altaha & Artie (Alicia) Johnson; sisters, Edris (Michael) Holden & Terria (Nathaniel) Yardley, Sr.; uncle Eldon (Mildred) Declay, Sr. She was preceded in death by her father The Late Leroy Quintero, Sr.

There will be a one night wake beginning at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, March 13, 2025 at the Grace of God Church, 4211 East Fork Road, East Fork, Arizona. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 P.M. Friday, March 14, 2025 at the Grace of God Church, 4211 East Fork Road, East Fork, Arizona.
