Donna Ramsey Aylor

Donna Ramsey Aylor died Monday, May 20, 2019, at her residence in Mesa, Arizona from complications of diabetes.  She was 74 years old.  Donna was born on a Thursday, October 5, 1944, in McNary, Arizona to her parents W. Howard and Minnie (Frost) Ramsey.  

Though she was born in McNary, Donna was reared in Snowflake and graduated from Snowflake High School.  She worked as the postmaster in Snowflake for several years and later went to work as a secretary for the Navajo County Public Works Department in Heber.  When she wasn't working, Donna passed her time by quilting quilts and crocheting gifts for her family and friends.  Ever the doting grandma, she loved making things for her grandchildren.  She was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  Donna's family meant the world to her and each member of her family will greatly miss her.  During this difficult time, they find peace in knowing that Families Are Forever.  

Donna is survived by: her son, Jim (Dustie) Aylor of Eagar, Arizona; daughter, Tami (Geoff) Wreschner of Chandler, Arizona; 4 grandchildren:  Ethan (Rachael) Geisler, Justin Hayes, Katelyn (Tucker) Degraffenreid, Jakob Wreschner; granddaughter-in-law, Chelsea Geisler-Hathcock; 2 sisters:  LaDon (Bill) Haelbig of Mesa, Arizona, Evelyn (Mike) Roth of Taylor, Arizona; 5 great-grandchildren:  Cache, Ryker, Amary, Grace and Dacie.  Along with her parents, Donna was preceded in death by 2 sisters:  Genevieve Hammond, Vicki Ramsey and by a grandson, Cody Geisler in 2009.

The friends' calling, visitation and viewing will be from 10:00 A.M. to 10:45 A.M., Saturday, May 25, 2019, at Owens Livingston Mortuary - Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19th South in Snowflake, Arizona immediately followed by the funeral service at 11:00 A.M.  The concluding service and interment will follow at the The R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Memorial Cemetery in Snowflake.

The Aylor family is thankful for all the expressions of sympathy they have received during this time and are especially grateful for all of the prayers offered up on their behalf.
