Diann Marie Poteet

Diann Marie Poteet (78), passed away peacefully, in Phoenix, Arizona on August 6, 2024. Diann was born in Snowflake, Arizona on April 18, 1946, to parents, Archie and Nina Williams, she was the last of their 6 children. Diann grew up going to school in Burton, Clay Springs, and Snowflake. She lived for many years in Holbrook and in 1983, Diann bought her beautiful land in Show Low, a place she felt so close to God, and which offered her so much peace. Diann continued to drive to Joseph City daily, finally retiring from the Cholla Power Plant (APS), in 2004 Diann was a friend to all, believed the best in everybody, and anyone who was blessed enough to meet her, would always share in her genuine happiness, joy, faith, and laughter. Diann was a dedicated and talented seamstress, generous with her gifts, time, and love. 

Diann is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister. Diann is survived by her immediate family of 2 sons, Todd and Christopher, 2 grandsons, Zach and Triston, great grandson, Jace, and sister, Betty.

Graveside services were held, August 24, 2024 at the Show Low Cemetery. Diann will be missed, but never forgotten. We as her family, friends, and community are so grateful for the time we had with Diann. Rest in Heavenly Peace Diann, until we meet again.
