A much loved daughter, sister, auntie, grandma and teacher, Deborah June Perry "Debbie" 63 of Cedar Creek, Arizona, passed away March 10, 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona, surrounded by the women in her family.
Debbie is survived by her three sisters, Evangeline Warwick, Dr. Angeline Hoffman and Paula Perry. Although Debbie had no children of her own, she was a second mother to her nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Corrine Perry, sister Elizabeth "Lisa" Perry, along with many other family members.
Debbie was a long time educator for the children who attended schools on the White Mountain Apache Reservation. Before she was an educator she worked various jobs for the tribe and the Pascua Yaqui Tribe.
Debbie's body will be brought back at 10:00 A.M. to Cedar Creek Assembly of God Parrish Hall on Friday, March 14, 2025. A one night wake will be held at the same place. On Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 10:00 her funeral will be held at the Cedar Creek Assembly of God Church. Her final resting place will be next to family at the Morning Dove Cemetery in Cedar Creek, Arizona.
Her family is requesting on Friday, wear Alchesay Falcon Colors and then on Saturday wear NAU or UofA gear.
