Deanna Renae Lee Cross, a cherished soul who graced this world with her unwavering kindness and infectious spirit, will be celebrated for the extraordinary life she led. Throughout her journey, Deanna held a special place in the hearts of all who knew her.

Born on October 22, 1984, Deanna radiated warmth and compassion to everyone she encountered, always putting others before herself. Her strength and courage shone brightly as she battled breast cancer for 12 years, showcasing her resilience and unwavering determination. She passed away on August 9, 2024.

Deanna's vibrant personality and love for life will be honored at the Funeral Service to be held at the Show Low Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1401 W. Deuce of Clubs, Show Low on August 16, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Prior to the service, a Public Viewing will take place at the same location at 9:00 A.M. There will also be an opportunity for all to pay their respects on Thursday August 15, 2024 at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~White Mountain Chapel, 320 N 9th Street from 5:00-7:00 P.M. She will be laid to rest in the Show Low Cemetery immediately following the funeral services.

She found solace in simple pleasures, like her love for the Nightmare Before Christmas movie and the colors purple, black, and white. A dedicated mother to her son Malaciah "Maley" Lee and a beloved member of her family, Deanna's legacy lives on through the memories she created with those she held dear.

Deanna's adventurous spirit embraced the thrill of four-wheeling in the mud and she treasured her time spent with her pitbull companions. An avid reader and enthusiastic Fourth of July enthusiast, she found joy in the annual fireworks display, a tradition she shared with her mother, Dorothy "Dottie" Lee, watching in the cemetery.

Her love for adrenaline as a speed demon, coupled with her academic achievements graduating with straight A's from Show Low High School in 2003, painted a picture of her vibrant and multifaceted personality.

Deanna's memory will remain alive in the hearts of her family, including her mother, Dorothy "Dottie" Lee her son Malaciah "Maley", brothers Charlie Lee and Darby Matsler, father Henry A. Lee Jr., sister Amber Watson, and son Jeremiah Duncan. She is now reunited with her beloved daughter, Lillianna Rose Renae, sister DJ Lee, and her grandparents, Darwin and Emily Petersen, and Henry Lee Sr., along with her soulmate, Levi Duncan.

In honor of Deanna's life, donations can be made to the family. Let us come together to celebrate the life of Deanna, a beacon of light who left an indelible mark on all those who were fortunate enough to know her. May her spirit forever guide us in the memories we share and may her light continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were touched by her presence.
