With heavy hearts yet joyful memories, we celebrate the life of Daniel Blaine Joy, who was born on October 18, 1979, in Sierra Vista, AZ. He brought immeasurable love and laughter to those around him and passed away peacefully on January 24, 2025, in Lakeside, AZ. Daniel lived a life filled with passion, particularly for his family and his beloved cars, which included a Rat rod, a Mustang, and a Jeep.
Daniel was an amazing husband and devoted father, known for his unwavering support and dedication to his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Gayle Joy, and his cherished sons, Dallas Young and Clay Johnston. His spirit will forever remain an integral part of their lives, guiding and inspiring them each day.
Daniel's legacy will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Joy; mother, Betty Joy; and his brothers, Roylee Richard Joy and Ira Austin Joy, who welcomed him with open arms.
To honor Daniel's remarkable life, a memorial service will be held at Owens Livingston Mortuary-White Mountain Chapel on February 8, 2025, at 11:00 AM. This gathering will be a celebration of his life and the joy he brought to everyone around him.
