Dale Hunter Tate, 29, of Canyon Day, Arizona, passed away on June 6, 2023.
There will be a two-night wake held in Dale’s honor starting on Wednesday, 6-14-2023, 10 am at the family home located at 5223 S. Chief Avenue, Canyon Day, AZ.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 6-16-2023, 1 pm at Canyon Day Assembly of God Church, Canyon Day, AZ.
Burial will immediately follow the funeral on Friday, at the Canyon Day Cemetery.
