Curtis Johnson was born to the parents of Nell Johnson and Ella Mae (Johnson) Clark on October 7, 1950 in McNary, Arizona. He was the oldest of seven siblings.
Curtis attended Holbrook Public Schools before moving to Moss point, Mississippi where he worked in the shipyard industry. Upon returning to Arizona he worked construction as a welder and other various jobs until his retirement.
Curtis completed his mission on earth on June 18, 2022. He is preceded in death by his Father, Nell Johnson; Grandmother, Luvenia Davis; Siblings: Hazel Clark (an infant), Diane Anderson and Clyde Clark. He is survived by his mother, Ella Mae Clark of Surprise,Az; siblings, Betty (John) Winsley of Surprise, Az, Lilley Bradley of Phoenix, Az, Alfred Clark of Las Vegas, Sons: Curtis and Calvin Harrison of Mosspoint, Ms, Christopher Johnson of Holbrook, Az; Nephews, Jay, Gary, Michael, Calvin, one niece, Tashula, cousin Annlizabeth Gable and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside Services will be held Saturday, July 9, 2022, 12:00 noon at the Holbrook Cemetery.
