Craig Rance Jackson

Craig Rance Jackson of Hondah, Arizona passed away on April 8, 2019 in Show Low, Arizona. He was 38. Craig was born on November 26, 1980 in Kingman, Arizona to Neil and Lynn (Tortice) Jackson. 

Craig graduated from Alchesay High School in Whiteriver in 1999. He went on to further his education at the Northland Pioneer College in Show Low. Craig was an aspiring artist and loved to rap. He worked for 14 years at Hondah Casino and was a part-time employee for the Sunrise Ski Resort gift/ski shop. He was presently employed with TLC in Show Low. 

Craig is survived by his mother, Lynn Jackson of Hondah, Arizona; brothers, Shannon Jackson of Hondah, Kevin Jackson of Phoenix, Arizona, Erik Jackson of Hondah; sister, Heather Jackson of Lakeside, Arizona; niece, Rosalynn Benecke of Lakeside; companion, Barbara Malone and her children, Ethan and Jannon Shaw of McNary, Arizona; aunts, Doreen Numkena of Whiteriver, Arizona and Wynona Sinyella of Peach Springs, Arizona; uncle, Chuck (Virgie) Tortice of Whiteriver and many extended family members and friends in Whiteriver and Peach Springs, Arizona. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Neil Jackson; grandmother, Jeanie Jackson; great-grandmother, Bessie Tortice; grandfather, Thomas Tortice and aunt, Beverlyn Williams. 

A visitation will be held from 2:00-7:00 P.M. Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Ft. Apache Branch Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Ft. Apache Branch Chapel. Interment will follow in the Cooley Mountain Cemetery in Hondah, Arizona.
