Cheryl Dawn Hendricks passed away peacefully on August 28th, 2021. She was born on October 24th, 1943 in Grand Rapids and raised in Sand Lake, Michigan.
She was proceeded in death by her mother, Betty J Skutt; her father, Gordon E Skutt; her sister, Gaylynn Layman and her son, John F Hendricks Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Michael G Hendricks and Jay P Hendricks; her daughters, Betty J Mello and Kimberly M Hendricks; her siblings, Dianne Pender ( her husband, Timothy Pender) and Michael G Skutt ( his wife, Lee Anne Skutt); dhe has 16 grand children and 14 great- grandchildren.
She served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Family History Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She had a strong passion for Family History. She was a wonderful, kind and caring, mother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed “until we meet again.”
A viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at the Owens Livingston Mortuary~Holbrook Chapel, 409 N. 1st Ave, Holbrook. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 17, 2021 at the Holbrook Stake Center of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1127 Helen Ave, Holbrook with an additional viewing from 9:00-9:45 A.M. Interment will immediately follow in the Holbrook Cemetery.
