Charles Melvin Hatch

Charles "Charlie" Melvin Hatch, born February 22, 1952, in McNary, Arizona, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Chauncey and Fenla; and brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Ruth Hatch.

Charlie is survived by: his wife, Kathleen "Kathi"; and son, Ryan Hatch; siblings, Florene (Bob) Terror, Rick (Julie), Roger (Shannon), and Melanie (Larry) Williams.

 Charlie lived in Safford, Arizona the last 51 years. He first worked with his brother, Rick at Honda Hacienda, then Hacienda Motors, Hatch Brothers Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram. He retired in January 2017, and continued with his favorite hobbies of reloading, welding and woodworking. Charlie loved fishing and hunting and had many trips with his brothers and nephews and friend, Billy Long.

 A viewing will be held Thursday, June 20, 2024, from 5:30 - 8:00 pm at Vining Funeral Home, 1940 South 20th Avenue, Safford, Arizona 85446.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 22, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Centennial Stake Center, located at 9th South 2nd West, Snowflake, Arizona. An additional viewing will be in the Relief Society Room of the Centennial Stake Center from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.

Concluding services will follow at the R.V. "Mike" Ramsay Cemetery.

 A luncheon will be held afterwards at Centennial Stake Center.
