Brynelle Nileen Kenton

Brynelle Nileen Kenton, 27 of Whiteriver, passed away in the early morning hours on July 10, 2018.  She was born on August 12, 1990 to Magdelina “Pinkie” Nachu and Edison Kenton.  She was the youngest of three children.

Brynelle started her career in BIA forestry in 2010, first as a southwest wildland fire fighter(SWFF), then moved onto forest development, then the fuels program. She loved being in the outdoors and would often talk about what she did.  She was hilarious, kind, generous, helpful, silly and a loving person. She loved to participate in the Strong woman competition. She loved music, it was a big part of her life, she enjoyed all genres, especially the 80’s. She always had a smile on her face that showed off her beautiful dimples. She touched the lives of countless people.  Brynelle was proud to be an aunt and loved her three nephews. She called them her monkeys and would often brag about them to her friends. She was patient with them and would take the time to teach them something new.

Brynelle is survived by her mother, Pinkie Nachu; father, Edison Kenton; sister, Cassie (Joaquin Jr.) Garcia; brother, Royce (Ashlie) Kenton; three nephews; Keon Garcia, Rajon Kenton, Ashton Kenton; God Parents, Lane and Lolita Endfield; one God Brother, three God sisters. As well as her aunts & uncle, Serena Nachu, Jolinda (Preston) Bourke, Lavina (Ivan) Lee, Minda Nachu and Timothy (Cindy) Nachu. 

A two-night wake will begin on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. 817 W. Dorothy Court Road (Over the Rainbow). Funeral service will be on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the North Fork Miracle Church with Pastor Lex Baha officiating.  She will be laid to rest at the Nachu family plot in Cibecue, Arizona.
