Baldwin Clarkson was born on December 9, 1948 and went home to be with the Lord on Friday January 27, 2023 at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona.
Baldwin is preceded in death by his parents Frank & Juana (Riley) Clarkson, Sr. Sisters Carlena Cosay and Carolyn Clarkson.
He is survived by his daughter Bernadette Clarkson and two sons Bradley Clarkson and Orion Tessay. Two sisters Darlene Burnette and Marilyn Clarkson, four brothers Adelbert Clarkson, Luke (Laurel) Clarkson, Frank Clarkson, Jr and Andrew Cosen.
Five grandchildren Bradley Clarkson, Jr, Breann Clarkson, Tanjia Clarkson, McTevas Victor, Jr. & Shanielle Clarkson.
Six great grandchildren Caidana Clarkson, Tedosh Victor, Stellan Silas, Kaique’ Victor, Dusti’Rose Victor, Raeliah Clay and many nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Whiteriver Baldwin started a family and worked at the Fort Apache Timber Company in his early years. In his later years he enjoyed his time with his family and felt blessed to see his grand and great grandchildren. He was a reserved gentlemen who was always present at every family event such as birthday parties, graduations and weddings. Baldwin spent his time outdoors fishing, visiting friends and family, and going on joy rides.
His body will be brought to the East Fork Lutheran Church in East Fork Arizona on Friday February 3, 2023 with a viewing from 8:00-10:00 A.M. with the funeral service following.
Following the service Baldwin will be laid to rest at the Whiteriver Cemetery with a dinner following as his residence at Rainbow City.
