Arlen Bertrum Kramer passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, December 12, 2021, in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 80. Arlen was born October 15, 1941 in Alhambra California to his parents, late Bertrand Allen and Minnie Margaret Kramer.
Arlen was a graduated member of Barstow High School's Class of 1959. He married his high school sweetheart Thomasina “Tommie” in 1960. They were married 57 years at the time of her passing in 2017. Arlen worked in construction in Arizona and California then later as a commercial fisherman in Crescent City California. In 2006 following retirement, he and Tommie moved to Concho Arizona to be closer to family. In 2020 Arlen moved to Tucson Arizona for medical reasons but continued to call Concho home.
He was a beloved son, father, husband and brother. He is survived by his sister Cheryl Sarzotti of Templeton California, his brother Loren Kramer of San Luis Obispo, California, his daughters and sons-in-law: Rebel & Greg Wallace of Richmond Hill Georgia, Brenda & Calvin Miller of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren and their spouses: Wade and Marissa Wallace, Bryan and Kelly Anderson, John and Shelby McGrath and great-grandchildren: Blake Anderson and Brayden Anderson.
The viewing will begin at 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona followed by the funeral services at 10:00 AM. The concluding service will follow at the Show Low Cemetery with a small reception at Licano’s for all friends and family at 11:00 AM.
