Albert Christopher "The Bandanna Kid" Lilly died unexpectedly, from the flu, on Saturday, March 17, 2018, at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. He was 62 years old. The Bandanna Kid was born on a Thursday, January 5, 1956, in Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona to his parents, Albert Gordon and Dattie Wanda (Spicer) Lilly. His family meant everything to him. He taught every member of his family lifelong values that will benefit them for the rest of their earthly sojourns. His daughter, Amanda said that, "He was an amazing person and that life is an adventure." His daughter, Nicole, adds that he taught her, "to enjoy the ride." He was a man of great faith and knew his Savior personally, as he turned to Him in daily prayer. He truly loved the Lord with all of his heart, might, mind and strength. His sister, Deborah says that, "he taught (her) the importance of forgiving others and not to hold grudges." Throughout his life, he was a loving son to his mother and always held his parents in the highest of regards. It was they who helped him become the man that he was. He was a fun-loving grandpa to his grandsons and, they will miss playing with him. His family finds a great deal of comfort knowing that he is now in heaven hunting with his dad. The Bandanna Kid had a good run and will be missed a lot by his family. He is survived by his mother, Dattie Wanda Lilly of Dewey, Arizona; his 2 daughters: Amanda Lilly of Mesa, Arizona, Nicole Lilly of Phoenix, Arizona; 2 grandsons: Sebastian Lilly, Freddie Siegrist, both of Mesa, Arizona and is also survived by his big sister, Deborah Lilly of Prescott Valley, Arizona.Private family services will be held and, Albert will be laid to rest in the beautiful Oak Creek Canyon.Arrangements are being cared for by Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel in Show Low, Arizona.
