AJ Plumb

A J Plumb (46) of Taylor, Arizona, woke up in the arms of Jesus Christ on the morning of December 25th, 2023. He was born on May 5, 1977, to Lane and Ruby Plumb.

He is survived by brothers, Jesse, Vern, Billy and Howdy and sisters, Katy Chee and Velda Martin. He absolutely loved being an uncle and deeply loved his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

AJ had a talent for art and especially welding which he enjoyed greatly and furthered his education in that field, as well as certifying in several firefighting techniques.

AJ appreciated the outdoors and loved spending time hiking, camping, fishing and rockhounding. He also was a truly phenomenal cook.

Notably, AJ has many friends and family. He loved each one. Being around AJ meant laughter or deep conversations. He really liked to laugh and joke. He had a huge heart willing to help in any way that he could.

He is loved and missed by many and will never be forgotten.

A viewing will be held Friday, January 5, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Owens Livingston Mortuary ~ Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19 S., Snowflake, Arizona, followed by a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor, Arizona.
