Dellis Glen Moore, son of Thomas E. Moore & Doris Holt Moore, died peacefully while being a patient at Banner University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, on Monday, January 29, 2018, with his two loving sisters at his side.Dellis was born on January 20, 1966, while his father was in the Army, serving at Ft. Riley, Kansas. He was the third child of four, born into his family. He graduated from Joseph City High School. He then went to work in the pineapple fields in Hawaii. Shortly after that he served a full-time, two year mission in the Ohio, Columbus Mission. After returning from his mission he lived in Joseph City, and with his father in West Palm Beach, Florida for awhile. He then moved to Taylor where he lived with his Uncle Leo Holt until his passing. Dellis was a very quiet man with a big heart.He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Holt Moore & his special Aunt Alvie Holt.He is survived by his father, Tom Moore of Indiana; brother, Tom Moore; sister, Cindy Griggs of Tucson, AZ, sister, Chrissie, whose husband, Derek Lerma, is stationed at Lachland AFB and living at Cibola, Texas; uncle, Leo Holt of Taylor; Aunt, Joyce Juchau of Eden, Idaho and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.There will be a funeral service held at Owens Livingston Mortuary~Heritage Chapel, 84 E. 19 S., Snowflake, Arizona on Friday, February 2, 2018, at 11:00 am., with a viewing to begin at 10:00 am that morning. Burial will be in the Joseph City Cemetery.
