Dale Ernst Packard, of Lakeside, Arizona passed away January 12, 2018 at Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low. He was 74. Dale was born on March 20, 1943 in Bend, Oregon to the late Benjamin and Annabell (Williams) Packard. He is survived by his wife, Mary of Lakeside; grandson, Corbin Wegner and brother, Donald Packard. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Terri Wegner.
