Michael Angelo Enriquez, Sr. of Cibecue, Arizona passed away at his home on December 30, 2017. He was 50. Michael was born on December 29, 1967 in Whiteriver, Arizona to Henry Enriquez and Emily Quay. He was raised by Emily and the late Vern Velasquez whom he considered his father. Michael was a strong community member who was always willing and available to help. He had a love for the outdoors, especially hunting. He worked for the White Mountain Tribal Forestry for many years and the Housing Authority where he had many friends. He attended the Northland Pioneer College in Show Low. He had a big heart and a love for children. He was a true family man. He will be deeply missed by all whom he knew and loved. He is survived by his wife, Becky Enriquez of Cibecue; daughters, Tanya Enriquez and Bettina Enriquez of Cibecue, Vanessa Wallen of Whiteriver and Erin Wallen of Cibecue; sons, Michael Enriquez, Jr., Derek Wallen and Etaydrion Cosay of Cibecue; God Daughters, Ariana Danford and Karmelita Lawson of Cibecue; mother, Emily Quay of Cibecue; father and mother-in-law, Delbert Wallen, Sr. and Joyce Wallen and many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Enriquez. A two night wake will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 5, 2018 at the family home in Cibecue. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 7, 2018 at the Full Gospel Church in Cibecue with the Interment to follow in the Lupe Family Plot.
