Thomasina Edna Kramer

June 5, 1941 — November 28, 2017

Thomasina Edna Sanford Kramer, affectionately known as "Tommie", ended her courageous battle with end stage renal failure combined with Leiomyoscarma, when she died on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, in Tucson, Pima County, Arizona.  She was 76 years old.  Tommie was born on a Thursday, June 5, 1941, in San Bernardino, San Bernardino County, California to her parents, the late Glenn Clyde and Erma Ruth (Anthony) Sanford.  Tommie was a graduated member of Barstow High School's Class of 1960.  She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother and sister.  Her brother was Warren Sanford and she is survived by her sister, Patricia Sanford Hopkins of Bakersfield, California.Tommie enjoyed being a worthy advisor and leader of Rainbow Girls, Girl Scouts and the 4-H Club.  She was a devoted leader for her own girls, as well as many others, throughout her life.  Tommie started her family in Bullhead City, Arizona and finished rearing her girls in Sierra Vista, Arizona.  Tommie supported, and ran, her family's commercial fishing business out of Crescent City, California.  Her husband was the main fisherman for the business.  They worked hard throughout their careers and taught their children the value of good and honest work that has blessed all during their lives.  Following their retirement in 2006, the Kramers were able to move to Concho, Arizona to be closer to their family.Along with her sister, Tommie is survived by her High School Sweetheart and husband, Arlen Kramer of Concho, Arizona.  They most recently celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary together.  She is also survived by her daughters and sons-in-law:  Rebel & Greg Wallace of Broomfield, Colorado, Brenda & Calvin Miller of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren:  Wade Wallace, Bryan and Kelly Anderson, Shelby Kramer and by one great-granddaughter, Blake Anderson.  The funeral service will begin 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Owens Livingston Mortuary - White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street in Show Low, Arizona where the viewing and friends' calling will begin 1 hour prior.  The concluding service and interment will immediately follow at the Show Low Cemetery.  Tommie's family is thankful for all the expressions of sympathy they have received during this difficult season and are especially grateful for the prayers offered up on their behalf.
