Carol Anne Carlock

Carol Anne Carlock, 75, of Vernon, AZ, passed away at her home on August 23, 2017. She was born on May 18, 1942 in Phoenix, AZ.   Carol Anne is survived by her partner, Hank Hurlbert of Vernon, AZ; daughter, Teresa Dewyer of Phoenix, AZ; step-daughters Gerry "Ki" Wirt of Farmington, NM and Shannon (Jimmy) Williams of FL; and step-son Ken Wirt of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren Matthew, Jennifer, and Megan of Phoenix, AZ; Lauren of Navarre, FL; Robin (Adam) of Farmington, NM; Wendy, Teri, and Misty of Phoenix, AZ and others; great-grandchildren Gavin of Phoenix, AZ; Reese and Aspen of Farmington, NM; Sophia of Phoenix, AZ and others.   She was preceded in death by her father Robert H. Carlock, mother Myra H. Carlock, and son Robert Combs.   Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at the Vernon Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
