Frank P. Garcia, 92, joined our Heavenly Father on May 31, 2017, wrapped in the arms of his children in Show Low, Arizona. Born in Sasabe, Arizona to Francisco and Carmen Garcia. Raised in Casa Grande, and meeting the love of his life in Tucson, Arizona, Vickie (Robertson) Garcia. Raising their two children, Janette and Micki until moving to the countryside in Show Low, Arizona in 1984. A WWII Veteran who served his country under General Patton. A loving, kind soul, who loved many and was loved by all who had the honor to know him. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, camping, hunting, and dancing until the sun came up. His laughter was medicine for the soul, and he always brought life into any room he entered. Surviving a massive stroke in 1992, being called a “miracle patient” his family was blessed with his presence for many years to come. Giving him time to enjoy not only his grandchildren, but his great grandchildren as well. He also survived his battled with colon cancer, and continued to be there to love his family. His strength and determination was great and he continued to push forward for his loved ones. He leaves behind his loving wife, Vickie Garcia, his two daughters, Janette (Tom) Kimbrough, Michelle “Micki” (Mike) Butora, his grandchildren, Freddie (Irene) Montiel, Clayton Kimbrough, Aaron (Shannon) Kimbrough, Kayleen Keith, Kevin Keith and Candance Keith along with his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Quiroz, Kolton Martinez, Avah Quiroz, Kiliyan Kimbrough, Zander Keith, and Adalyn Kimbrough. Along with his brother Raymond, and his sisters Carlotta, Eva, and Mary “Palinky”. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Francisco Garcia, his mother Carmen Garcia, his brothers Louis, Oscar, and Jesus. His sisters, Elvira, Connie, and Socorro. Services for Frank P. Garcia will be held at Owens Mortuary in Show Low, Arizona on June 16, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Followed by Military Honors at the Show Low Cemetery with a celebration of his life to take place at Fool’s Hollow Lake afterward.
