Elmer Anthony Larzelere, of Show Low, Arizona passed away on June 4, 2017 in Lakeside, Arizona. He was 65. Elmer was born to the late Mary (Lavender) Larzelere and Frank Larzelere, Sr. in Whiteriver, Arizona on May 14, 1952. At age 2, he contracted meningitis, which affected his neurological developments. He attended Valley of The Sun School in Phoenix before moving to Camp Verde. He then moved to the TLC Assisted Living in Show Low where he spent his final days. He is survived by his siblings, Frank Larzelere, Jr. (Marybeth), Lela Larzelere Cosen, Audrey Larzelere Cosen (Archie Cosen, Sr.), Victor Larzelere (Teresa) and Ulysses Larzelere, Sr. (Leola) as well as many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ryan Larzelere, Jean Henry, Mary Ellen Larzelere and William Larzelere. A viewing will be held 6:00 A.M.-9:00 A.M Thursday, June 8, 2017 at the family home, 2200 West Thomas Rd., Seven Mile, Arizona. The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the viewing at 9:30 A.M. at the St. Frances Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Morning Dove Cemetery in Cedar Creek, Arizona.
