Phyllis Elaine Yingst

Phyllis Elaine Yingst, of Show Low, Arizona passed away on March 8, 2017 in Show Low. She was 78. Phyllis was born in Sweeny, Texas to the late Clayton and Leslie Booth on September 30, 1938. On September 16, 1976 in Bay City, Michigan Phyllis met the love of her life, Dan Yingst, and on January 18, 1978 they we married. They shared 39 wonderful years together. Following their marriage in 1978 they moved to Show Low from Page, Arizona. Phyllis was a member of the Show Low Elks Lodge #2090 and will be deeply missed by all those whom she dearly loved. She is survived by her husband, Dan of Show Low; children, Scott Azer of Flagstaff, Arizona, David Yingst of Oceanside, California and Suzanne Yingst of Memphis, Tennessee as well as 1 grandchild, Desirée. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Elks National Foundation, 2750 N. Lakeview Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60614-2256 in Phyllis’ name. Memorial services will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Show Low Elks Lodge #2090, 805 East Whipple, Show Low.
