Rikki Raylene Garvin

Rikki Raylene Garvin of Holbrook, Arizona unexpectedly passed away on December 29, 2016 in Show Low, Arizona. She was 30. Rikki was born to Rick Earl and Val Ray on August 14, 1986 in Show Low. Rikki grew up in Show Low having attended Linden Elementary, Show Low Jr. High School and graduating from Show Low High School in 2004. An amazing athlete in all sports Rikki excelled in everything she did. She was a very crafty and talented individual. On August 28, 2004 she married Dusty Garvin in Show Low and together they have 2 beautiful daughters, Allie Valoe and Huntlee Mae. Her children and family meant the world to her. She had a huge heart and loved immensely. An amazing and beautiful mother, daughter, sister, wife, aunt and friend Rikki will be deeply missed. She is survived by her children, Allie Valoe and Huntlee Mae of Holbrook; parents, Val Ray and CJ Poglajen of Holbrook; sisters, Poppy Paulsen, Connie Rose (Ryan) of Greeley, Colorado, Sabrina Wilson (Jason) of Ridgefield, Washington, Mandy Stock of Show Low; husband, Dusty Garvin of Snowflake; grandpa, Jim Bryant of Linden, Arizona; grandmother, Shirley Paulsen of Greeley, Colorado; grandparents, Carl and Jackie Poglajen of Billings, Montana, Jewell Turley of Snowflake, Arizona and Robert and Alice Garvin of Clay Springs, Arizona; 3 nephews and 5 nieces; mother and father-in-law, Bill and Alea Turley of Snowflake; numerous aunts, uncles, extended family and friends as well as her dear friend, Ashley Havercamp of Show Low. She was preceded in death by father, Rick E. Paulsen and grandparents, Valoe Bryant, Joe Paulsen and Ted Turley. A viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Owens Livingston Mortuary ~ White Mountain Chapel, 320 N. 9th Street, Show Low. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 6, 2017 at the Show Low Stake Center, 1401 West Deuce of Clubs, Show Low with an additional one hour prior viewing. Interment will follow in the Show Low Cemetery.
