Nicole Elyse Whitley

Nicole Elyse Whitley (Heinen) 31, of Phoenix passed away September 29, 2016 after a courageous 2 ½ year battle with cancer while holding the hand of her loving husband Sean and surrounded by the love of family and friends. She was born in Colorado Springs and moved to Phoenix to attend and graduate from ASU. Among the many achievements of her young life she was District Sales Coordinator for Aflac; founding member and president of the Hall of Fame Chapter of BNI; awarded Rookie Chapter of the Year and President of the year in 2015 by BNI Arizona. Nicole was an accomplished dancer, loved yoga, camping, river rafting, movies and hosting fabulous parties. She was a shining light in the life of all who knew and loved her. Nicole is survived by her husband Sean Whitley; parents Laura Buckley and Kelly Lipp; sister, Donna Heinen; grandparents Spike & Alex Buckley; aunt, Erin Buckley; uncle David (Yumei Wang); uncle John Buckley (Karla Reed) plus many other loving family members and countless devoted friends.
