Nancy Lucinda Martin

Nancy Martin died peacefully of natural causes in her home in Vernon on August 31st following a long illness. She was 69 years old and was surrounded by her loving family. She had been under the care of Hospice Compassus since November. She and her husband Jack moved to Vernon from the valley after he retired in 1999. They were married for 50 years and have two married sons, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Nancy, a native of Pennsylvania, is also survived by three brothers and a sister who live out of state. A celebration of life will be held at the Vernon Community Park on Sunday, September 25th at 11:00 a.m.
