Richard Allen Stoltz, 53, got his wings and went to be with his Heavenly Father May 3rd, surrounded by his loving family. Rick was born December 7, 1962 in Minneapolis, MN. He moved with his family to Phoenix in May, 1967, where he grew up and lived most of his life until 2006 when he went to help and live with his mother in White Mountain Lake, AZ. Rick had such a big heart and would do whatever he could for anyone in need, whether it was cutting wood for them, or making sure no one was going hungry. That also applied to animals, as he was always finding and caring for any stray that might cross his path. He was an Electrician by trade, and worked in the Electrical business most of his life, but also did roofing and handyman work. He was an extremely hard worker, and always gave all he could to whatever he was doing. He was a loving and compassionate soul, and will be missed so very much by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Georgia Vick of White Mountain Lake, and his sister, Kelly Stoltz of Phoenix. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Robb William Stoltz and Jeffrey Scott Stoltz and his father William Richard Stoltz. The family has asked that in Lieu of flowers, donations in Rick’s name be made to the American Cancer Society. Owens Livingston Mortuary of Show Low handled the arrangements.
