Craig Alan Huffman, age 56 from Sacramento, California was sent into the Lord’s hands on January 29th 2016. Craig was a devoted Christian dedicated to reading and quoting the bible.Craig was honorably discharged from the U.S. Marine Corp and also served in the Army Reserve. Craig was a dedicated long haul trucker for the majority of his career, working for some of the largest trucking firms in the U.S. Occasionally Craig would take a break from trucking and work in the security field, which he really enjoyed and was praised by former employers and employees for his personable outlook on life as well as his great work ethics and appearance.Craig spent the majority of his life working in and around the Sacramento area, and spent the last years of his life in the Phoenix, AZ area so he could reside near his mother and step-father.Craig was preceded in death by his brother, Mark David Huffman in 1986 and his father, David Ancil Huffman in 1996.Craig is survived by his older brother, Stephen Aldon Huffman; his mother, Audrey Juanita Durham (DiBenedetto); step-father, Sidney E. Durham; his sister-in-laws Kelly Huffman and Sherry Huffman; uncles Kenneth Bishop and Arthur Huffman; aunts Eleanor Kennedy, Melitta Jean Bishop and Linda DiBenedetto and nieces, Lauren Huffman, Hilarie Mitchell and Jessica Whisler, as well as cousins, Anthony, Therese and Jefferey DiBenedetto, Susan and Bill Kincaid, Michael and Kathee Moran, Chris and Donnie Huffman, Heath and Aaron Bishop. A celebration of Craig's life will be held in Show Low, Arizona sometime in the near future. Family and friends will be notified in advance once the celebration has been scheduled.The family wishes to express our gratitude for all of Craig's family, friends and co-workers whom shared their lives with Craig.
