Gregory Cross

Gregory Cross passed away at the age of 68. God has taken him home after a long battle with cancer. He was a wonderful husband to Lynette, brother to Jill, and uncle to Neal.  He was born April 24, 1947 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma, and lived in Oklahoma until moving to Arizona after marrying Lynette in 1977.He had many careers during his life, including service in the army.  Enjoying  his time with the Town of Springerville as director of the Casa Malpais Archaeological Park was his favorite job.  He loved the White Mountains, travelling, MG's, OU football, and spending time with his friends. He was known for his passion, wisdom, persistence, and humor, and will be greatly missed.  He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Cross and his mother, Bernice Cross Evans.Contributions in his memory may be made to Hospice Compassus of Pinetop."Knowing that you loved us was the greatest gift of all."
